چکیده
Metal sulphides are highly important for the technology of semiconductor film materials. The potential these compounds has not been exhausted yet when it comes to creating optoelectronic devices, solar cells, and luminescent devices based on them. goal this work was determine nature interaction in polycrystalline layers CdS–MemSn, where Me metals groups I–VII periodic table. Cadmium sulphide chosen as common component all studied systems due great photoelectric properties well-studied material.It shown that using aerosol spray pyrolysis solutions thiourea complexes, we can obtain solid chemical CdS–MеmSn at temperatures exceeding 500 °C. main electric, optical, were described.It established use coordination allows significantly expanding areas solubility during formation solutions. specific character solid-phase nonequilibrium processes occurring deposition allow avoiding structural incompatibility components expressed form typical factors, such non-uniformity crystal structure, differences components, discrepancies sizes substituting/penetrating atoms.Under conditions films (the lower threshold is determined by temperature decomposition most thermally stable compound does exceed 250 °С), interactions cannot be achieved.
